Lobatse International Beef Festival

Lobatse International Beef Fest is the annual beef festival hosted in the town of Lobatse which is the home of beef in Botswana. Lots of entertainment is held namely food, drinks and music throughout the day. The event creates an opportunity for meat industry to showcase their products. The event has branded itself as the ‘meaty festival’ in the national entertainment calendar. The organisers primarily designed the beef festival to celebrate beef as a staple diet of Botswana as well as a product that has contributed hugely to the economy of Botswana.
