Magic Vibes

Magic Vibes is a duo from Johannesburg, South Africa, made up of two multi-talented musicians and producers named Mthobeli Malima and Vincent Ngubane (Shay'inumber hitmaker).

The pair started working together in 2013 as session musicians for different artist and productions such as Umoja Cultural Flying Carpet and Power in Women (A production that toured Europe) just to name a few. Upon discovering their share passion for African dance music fused with experimental sounds and chants, they finally decided to collaborate and formed Magic Vibes where Vincent plays keyboards, synths and sings while Mthobeli plays saxophone, bass guitar, synths and is on the decks. The Duo is currently working on its first Album which will be available in stores in a few months.
