Born in Toulouse, Mathieu INSA began his professional career as an engineer in the energy sector but simultaneously developed strong skills in music production and live performance as a guitar player.
Mathieu founded the music label Aribo Productions, channeling his creative energy into crafting bold musical and visual experiences, particularly those connected with African cultures.
His noteworthy period at the Philharmonie de Paris's educational team was a transformative experience, allowing him to merge his teaching expertise with his passion for music.
More recently, Mathieu served the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs as the Director of the French Institute in Sudan. He is recognized for his dedication to cultural diplomacy, inspiring leadership, and ability to innovate.
He currently works in the Democratic Republic of Congo with Expertise France (AFD Group) as a creative industries consultant, focusing on the development of cultural businesses, especially in the music and the performing arts sectors.
