Nhlanhla Manana

Nhlanhla Manana is a composer, band leader , producer and a double bassist based in South Africa. Currently holding an advanced diploma in performing arts majoring in Jazz composition and performance.

Nhlanhla has recorded a number of jazz album such as H.O.P.E by Ofenste Sebula and has worked and shared a stage with great jazz musicians such as Concord Nkabinde, Nduduzo Makhathini just to mention a few. He’s also a founder of a local music school called A Generation Music Academy which is based in Orange Farm.
Nhlanhla is now working on his first album which will be called Uzuri which aims to celebrate the beauty of Africa.
