Noemí Planas

Noemí Planas is a Spanish general manager at WIN, an international organisation representing independent music trade associations worldwide.

She was a board member of IMPALA, the European association of independent music companies.

Planas is also a founding member and executive manager of the Spanish Independent Phonographic Union (UFI). She also worked at a local record label where she coordinated music festivals, managed bookings and tours for artists.
