Philasande Ayanda Mdletshe (born 10 April 1997), is a South African Artist manager, Public Relations Practitioner, Songwriter, Founder at independent record label World Music Group.Phila began as a performer and decided to focus on what he loves the most and understand, which is Music Business. "I acquired part of involvement with music industry when I was an entertainer when I oversaw myself and getting myself in events(Motsepe foundation, Durban Braai Day, INK), facilitating my events and furthermore radio plays for my music release."
