Samkelo Madondo, professionally known as PSK, was born on January 30th and raised in Nkandla, KwaZulu-Natal. His musical journey began in grade 9, 2014, when he started exploring hip-hop. A year later, he co-founded the crew Future Kingz in Ladysmith, on his father's side of the family. As part of Future Kingz, PSK honed his craft alongside his teammates.

In 2018, PSK and his crew established Iwisa Records Pty Ltd, an underground label. Three years later, he embarked on a solo career, pioneering the USHUNI genre, a unique blend of Maskandi, Afropop, Umbhaqanga, and Hip-Hop/Rap. His solo debut yielded notable releases, including "Ibutho" featuring Fokza Joat, "Babakhluma" with Ntozabantu and Nonhle Delazy, and "Imfolomane" alongside Fokza Joat. The latter caught the attention of industry stalwart uMzukulu, a renowned Maskandi and Afro-pop artist.

PSK's breakthrough continued with "Imfolomane" being playlisted on UKhozi FM's Inamba Namba Kasi Top 5 for over six weeks. Collaborations with prominent artists, such as Young Cannibal from Durban, further solidified his reputation. He shared the stage with esteemed acts like DJ City Lite, Rashid Kay, Beast, Big Zulu, Blaq Diamond, and Lida Srat at prominent events, including Escort In KZN, Mhlaka Mpilozi, Spanked Hip Hop Fest, and Afro Bru in Maboneng, Johannesburg.

June last year saw the release of PSK's critically acclaimed EP, "ISIHLUTHULELO," featuring talented artists Nonhle Delazy, Sile Ngwane, Ntozabantu, Millxzee, Neza, Mc Finisher, and Bro Mindlos. Production credits went to Yourfamousplaybee, Seezus Beat, Fokza Joat, and Msihlecate. This year, PSK secured a deal through Music Goat Talent Search and was featured on Yourfamousplaybee's single "You & Me."
