Rin Marii

Rin Marii gets her stage name from combining her first and middle name (Doreen Maryanne ) because she believes that her artistry is only a reflection of a part of her. Her passion for music goes as far back as primary school where she would be tasked to sing songs for school musicals because of her beautiful voice and her drive for the arts. After graduating from college in 2013, Rin Marii decided to embark on a solo artist career in Bongo flava by covering the various topics in love such as regret for letting the one go (Salaam) to expressing love to the love of your life (Wewe / Beautiful Feeling). Her goal is to promote musicals and live music in the Tanzanian music scene so as to build a fan base and appreciation of musicians who are talented but not necessarily mainstream.
