Short Khila

Short Khila (real name Booysen Kabunga) is a Namibian musician whose passion for music began when he was 12. He was inspired by Namibian artists such as Gazza and The Dogg. In November 2012 he released his debut album, ‘General Short Khilla’, at the Ngweze Community Hall. In November 2013, he released his second album, titled ‘Zintu Zonse Nji Yes’ (everything is yes). The album includes songs such as ‘Zintu Zonse Nji Yes’ ft. Zecks Linosi and ‘Osayenda’ (don’t go) ft. Dolly.

The artist has performed in Zambia and shared the stage with Zambian popular musician General Kanene. He has opened for a number of international shows staged in his hometown of Katima Mulilo, performing with musicians such as Ben Mwanamwali, Zonke and Zatrick Masiziyane.
