Umenzi

Umenzi, singer, song writer and a visual artist. To some a chef, a man of medicine and a teacher of higher consciousness. Born in the Zululand, and studied music and Drama performance at the University of KwaZulu Natal. A self taught guitarist with dymamic vocal abilities. In his music he explores the sounds of nature and the Divinity of Africa through the vibrations of the elements he is highly inspired by the music of the birds and the healing touch of word sound. With a background of spoken word, classical music, Zulu guitar and Reggae, Umenzi opens a new chapter in Roots Reggea Music bringing content from Mountain, Sea and Forest a high frequency sound.
