Dear Mlaleli

Step into the soul of African storytelling through sound, memory, and rhythm.

Dear Mlaleli is a cultural initiative designed to educate, preserve, and celebrate African heritage through immersive music, art, and communal experience. Anchored in the power of lalela — “to listen” — the programme invites you into a space of intentional presence and sonic reflection.

This edition features the expressive synergy of Mthuthu and Paras ‘Sibalukhulu’ Dlamini, two musicians whose work moves between ancestral frequencies, spiritual jazz, and heartfelt improvisation. Their performance will carry you through soundscapes of resilience, cultural memory, and emotional depth.
