Apple Music has announced Nigerian singer-songwriter and rapper Victony as its latest Africa Rising artist.

“Apple Music is opening the world to the beauty of African music and I’m glad to be one of the select few that are championing the new school sound and breaking boundaries in these exciting times,” Victony said.
Victony’s foray into music started with the release of 2017’s The Outlaw King mixtape on SoundCloud. The artist is also behind successful singles such as ‘Pray’ and ‘Holy Father’
His latest EP Outlaw is available to stream now on Apple Music in Spatial Audio. The project is spearheaded by ‘Apollo’.
