Kc George

Kelechi George Hyginus (born 28 march 1984), best known by his stage name Kc George is a Nigerian hip-hop and RnB singer, songwriter and producer. His passion for music career in 1999 when he joined a church choir. He is the last child in a family of five children. He displayed his love for singing at age of 14. His music career debuted when he was appointed the lead singer of a church choir in Lagos in 1999. His stage name was extracted from his native and Christian name Kelechi & George “Kc George” his childhood nickname was "Skido".

In 2004, he released his debut single called 'Soul Survivor'. The song didn't do well in the streets owing to poor management from his previous manager back in Nigeria. He released another hit single called 'Unstoppable'.

He had challenges marketing his music and decided to move to South Africa. While in that country, he founded his record label called Geomak Planet Records located in Johannesburga. This saw him releasing his debut album called 'Mr. Sanbonani'. The project did very well in Nigeria and South Africa.

Apart from music, he holds a diploma in Computer Science and Accounting. he also holds diplomas in other various disciplines.
