Call for applications: Indian Ocean Music Market 2022

Interested artists should apply here before 28 January.

Rules and regulations

• The call for application aims exclusively at artists from the Indian ocean music market (the list of eligible countries is available on the online form).
• Groups or artists that were selected and took part in the 2021 edition are not eligible to apply for 2022.
• Only online registrations are valid. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Once applications are closed, IOMMA’s jury and selection committee will review all files and carry out a representative selection of artists.
• In the event of their selection for IOMMA 2022, artists may be asked exclusive rights for the performance in Reunion Island (applies for non-resident bands).
• Selected artist(s) will ensure their availability to attend IOMMA from 30 May to 2 June.
• According to budget possibilities, IOMMA will provide a minimum fee or compensation to selected bands. In the same way, Scènes Australes will be responsible (partially or totally) for air travel for non-resident artists.
• For each selected band, IOMMA will provide a professional pass for the whole event to one (1) person accompanying the band.

IOMMA will take care of the following expenses for selected artists:

Foreign bands/artists

• Accommodation.
• Local transfers.
• Per diem.
• Evening meal on the day of the performance.
• Passes for the duration of the event.

Local Reunion Island bands/artists

• Evening meal on the day of the performance.
• Passes for the duration of the event

Note: Air travel for members of Reunionese groups living abroad will not be supported by IOMMA.
