Bio
BOLD is an acronym for Being Ordinary Lacks Definition, and it was founded in 2017 by a female trio from Soweto, South Africa. The three musketeers were drawn together by their shared love of music and formed the group as a movement to celebrate women in music and inspire more female instrumentalists.
BOLD's music can be described as experimental, with keys, drums, and bass driving their catchy vocals and hooks.
BOLD is set to release their first 5-track EP titled Rock Paper Scissors, which will include their heartfelt song against Gender-Based Violence "Skhalo" and adrenaline-pumping hit "Amahhashi."
