Untold Stories Music Show
South AfricaBongani Umculi will host a Music show on Saturday 7 May 2022 at Mendi Arts Centre in New Brighton. The show will be for 3 hours and about 18 original songs and 5 covers will be performed within that time.
The show aims to entertain and educate the Gqeberha audiences as there has been a musical drought for both the artists and the city’s residents recently due to Covid-19 related restrictions, etc. This is an opportunity to entertain and introduce the audiences to the sound of Bongani Umculi and he promises to wow them with his entertaining Afrikan contemporary and Xhosa folklore sound. The show will be in 4 segments/ themes (story of a man born in EBHAYI/ Gqebera; remembering the ones who walked this road before us (artists that have passed); GBV is real; and …So is Love).
