Refentše Solo

Refentše is a singer and songwriter from South Africa who is passionate about using music to uplift, foster community, and address trauma.

'Genesis' is her debut EP followed by 'Moretiadi' a more personal reflection.

She has served at Nzango Artist Residency alongside BlackRoots Marimbas in Mozambique and performed at Maputo's Raiz Festival Tradiconales(2019). She has also shared the stage with some of South Africa's sought after artists on the Trace Africa stage at Fete de la Musique - Johannesburg (2019).

Refentše has hosted her own intimate evening of music for charitable purposes in collaboration with the SA Sendinggestig Museum x Rape Crisis (Cape Town - 2019).
