Advocate Joshua Msambila is the founder of Tanzania Artists Rights Organization (TARO).
TARO is an NGO in Tanzania that advocates for artists rights and interests, gender equality, artistic freedom of expression and professionalism but all in arts and cultural sector.
Msambila is also an advocate and music manager.
