Andrew Wambua
Bio
Andrew Wambua, born Andrew Muinde Wambua, is a Kenyan
singer, songwriter, performer & vocal coach/director. His music, a
delicate blend of AfroPop & RnB fusion, and his prowess
on stage, boasting a 3-octave range, leaves his ever burgeoning
audiences enthralled.
With a performance career spanning 16 years and over 7 years
vocal coaching experience, he has notably performed in Nairobi's
top venues as well as vocal directed the Musicals Grease & Jesus
Christ Superstar and vocal coached dozens of Kenyan artists
including H_art The Band, Phy, Zikki among others.
Following his illustrious 16-year performance career, Wambua has recently released his much anticipated debut album "COLOURS" a musical odyssey centered on life and love. Speaking about the album, Wambua said:
"COLOURS can best be described as Life & Love in technicolour. Strong & Bold yet so Warm & Fun. A representation of all of the various shades of life and love. Sometimes we're up, and others we're down. Sometimes we're in love and others we're breaking up. We're chasing our dreams, savouring the moments, walking through fire and staying alive."
