Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland (JMD) is a music academy in Wurzburg, Germany.
It is an association that represents about 300 youth orchestras in Germany. JMD also runs a music rehearsal venue for (youth) orchestras and other musicians at the World Meeting Center of JMI,
JMD provides a range of music courses and programmes for young musicians. It maintains the national competition for youth composers and a national youth orchestra competition.
It aims to connect young people through music.
