Karim

Karim Mwondi is a Kenyan sound designer and music producer based in Nairobi.

Karim's first encounter with music composition was in 2006 when he started playing piano by ear. Four years later he was introduced to electronic dance music at a local party and this triggered his music production journey.

Karim completed his diploma studies in sound engineering from Africa Digital Media Institute. He has gone on to become a highly detail-oriented and dedicated audio engineer with limitless passion in sound production.

He aims to create a new perception to sound in the industry through experimental work mostly influenced by indigenous and modern-day electronic music.
