Kefasi

Kefasi is an artist from Malawi.

Kefasi's music generally incorporates a fusion of sena and modern tunes. His music attempts to appeal to both local and international audience because of his blood ties with sena culture as his parents hail from Nsanje-Southern part of Malawi.

He draws inspiration from Richard Bona, Thomas Mapfumo and Steel Pulse.

Kefasi has performed at a poetry event organised by Yankho Seunda at Kwa Haraba, an art gallery in Blantyre city. He has also been a supporting act in Mzati’s shows at Health Sciences College, Blantyre Campus and Jacaranda Cultural Center in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

He has also performed at Jacaranda Cultural Center and Maison De La France on 13 and 20 June 2019.
