Maureen Noe is a music professional from Germany.
She is the project manager for artist funding at the Musicboard Berlin, a state-owned funding Organisation that also runs Pop-Kultur Festival and Fête de la Musique in Berlin. At Musicboard Berlin she is in charge of the international artist residency program as well as the international activities.
