Miss Fay
Bio
Miss Fay, born Faith Hlongwane, is a Soweto born songstress. Her love for music started when she was 12, singing in a school choir at Dumezweni Primary School. Faith then continued her musical journey after high school still in choral music joined two well-known choirs in Soweto.
Faith grew more into music when she joined a band called The Family Band (now known as The Soweto Family Band) and become one of the lead singers there. While in the same band, she had an opportunity to be an opening act for Busiswa, Vusi Nova, Candy Tsamandebele and Mlindo.
Faith has performed at various gigs and worked with local producers like Jack Lerole Jnr, Hypnotic Soul and Tsotsovila. She also hopes to grow more in the industry and looks forward to releasing new music soon.
