Bio
Tabisa Yeni born and bred in Durban, is a female Bastile (mixture of umXhosa nomZulu ) Artist Manager who manages Bromance, GC Celebrity, DJ Zulu Funk and Gigi Lamayne. Her niche is artists who want to expand their brands and tap into the international market. She also road managed Moonchild Sanelly, before stepping down in 2018 to focus purely on Artist Management. In 2018 she was selected to represent South Africa as a delegate at both the Primavera Festival that takes place in Barcelona, Spain and as well as the Midem Festival that takes place in Cannes, France.
She is also a Poet, Philanthropist, Activist (abuse and mental health) and a Creative (she co-owns 'The
Producer's Note' together with Moleboheng Sehume who is renowned in the Radio Production sphere) She started flirting with the idea of poetry in high school and wrote as a coping mechanism and a means of escape. She has performed for high profile people and politicians. She has also performed at both the Women In IT Awards and the All Women Affair Awards. Her work has been requested by both the Badilisha Poetry Exchange and submitted at the Sol Plaatjies European Poetry Award. She has written tribute poems for our former president the late uTata Nelson Mandela and our mother of the nation the late Winnie Madikizela – Mandela, that you can find on her blog. She breathes philanthropy (she likes to say that she suckled it from her late mom) and as a result was chosen to represent South Africa at the One Young World Summit. She belongs to the Yali (Young African Leaders Initiative) Network , SLA ( She Leads Africa) and OneOrg. She is also a Bible school graduate that will ordained to be a Pastor.
