Tega Ethan
Bio
Tega Ethan is a Nigerian singer-songwriter.
In 2017 he moved to Ibadan, a city in the south-west of Nigeria, to be closer to the major entertainment hub of the country, Lagos. He began to build his career by performing at events, uploading covers on the internet and sometimes busking in public spaces. In 2018 he started getting booked by organisers in Lagos who had found his videos on the internet and this saw him travelling frequently to perform. A year later, after writing hundreds of songs and playing dozens of gigs he was the opening act at Johnny Drille's Lagos concert.
During the pandemic, he wrote and released a song called "when the world ends" then released McCarthy street-EP. He is currently working on an album to be released later in 2021.
When he isn't "musicianing" you'll find Tega Ethan watching squirrels and eating fruity gummybears.
