Wiz D

Wiz D is a Tanzanian artist singer/song writer and singer-performance Born and raised in Zanzibar 1997, his birth name is Abdul Halim Hafidh Hassan. After his primary and secondary education, Wiz D made an entry into music business in 2015 where he recorded his first track called Down Low.
Influenced by the Afro beats and Dancehall genre, he composed and performed Afro beats mixture Dance type tracks in Zanzibar clubs. In 2016 he finally released his first video song of his second track called Drop It, where in that year he was labeled under Mandevu Records. Wiz D continued to make his music and in 2017 he released his hit song and video called Fly Girl featured Alpha from Zanzibar, the song was produced by Bonge Jr from Zanzibar, this song was played most of the Radios and played on TV frequently in East Africa. The song that got him to a good level in music industry. In the same year he was awarded and announced as the Best Male Artist of the year, Best Song (Fly Girl) and Best Music Video (Million Dollar Love) winning three Awards of ZENJI255 Zanzibar. In 2018 he was chosen one among of Zanzibarian Artists to perform at ZIFF ZANZIBAR INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 2018, since then he kept on going with his music career doing shows and interviews inside Tanzania.
He is a C.E.O of his own Brand, named FLYBOY BRAND, which he provides products and service. The products are accessories like t-shirts, caps and bags that are branded from his brand name FLYBOY and Food and Drinks that he sells at Michenzani Block number 10 Zanzibar under his Brand. He is studying BACHELOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY WITH ACCOUNT in Zanzibar at SCHOOL OF BUSINESS CHWAKA (SUZA) STATE UNIVERSITY OF ZANZIBAR.
