Yanira Tiny
About
My name is Yanira Tiny, I am a young woman from Sao Thome and Principe. I´m entrepreneur, artisan, photographic model, singer, feminist, social activist, jurist, member of the PALOP Youth Coalition, member of the Association of Women Lawyers, Vice-Club Rotaract STP and Founder of Wake Up Africa - a project for the Defense of Human Rights, Protection of the Environment and Promotion of Art.
I am passionate about art and innovation. What feeds my soul is to break taboos and prejudices in the World.
My inspiring strength is music. Music is art, music is therapy, music is EVERYTHING that NOTHING substitutes.
Music is much more than a hobby for me. Music is a food to my soul. I got to know music due to the eclectic taste of my father who sang and listened from salsa to traditional Bulauê. I started to sing in the shower and soon I evolved into real stages. Strength, focus and faith are the slogans that guide my life.
