ALPEA

ALPEA (born Lifa Arosi on 6 May 1989) is a pianist, rapper, composer and music producer from Johannesburg, South Africa.

ALPEA is also a music director at the Rockwood Theatre in Pretoria. He developed an interest in music since childhood. He draws his musical influence from his parents who are both musicians. ALPEA began learning to play piano when he was 13 years old.

In 2004, he studied contemporary music at the Campus of Performing Arts and thereafter obtained a diploma in music.

He has also performed with artists such as Suthukazi Arosi, Mlungisi Gegana, Bheki Khoza, McCoy Mrubata, Concord Nkabinde and Orlando Venhereque.

ALPEA runs an independent recording company called, Piostate Productions.
