Captain Kavax
Bio
Captain Kavax (real name Lewis Kapofi) was born on 5 March 2005 in Ohangwena, Namibia. He realized his passion for music at a tender age. This urged him to record his debut single in 2006.
In that same year, he released his debut album ‘Skyf’. The album featured tracks such as ‘Get Dawn’, ‘Maakloss’ and many others. A number of artists made appearances on the album, such as The Dogg, Tate Buti, Sunny Boy, Tre Van Die Kasie , Cox, Kamasutra , Chipolopolo and Kanibal. In 2008, he released his second album, ‘Etenda La Mafo’. The album featured a song called ‘Vision 2030’ and many others. In 2010, the musician released his third album, titled ‘U-Turn’, featuring The Dogg, Stanley and Tequila.
This was followed in 2012 by ‘Captain’, which featured Sunny Boy on a track titled ‘Maintain’. The artist has also done collaborations with artists such as Star, Lil D, Fresh Family, Shawn K, Cox, Solani Glo, Kuku Nkandanga, Jossy Joss and Tre Van Die Kasie.
