Deng Nhial Chiok Dhoar popularly known as Deng Maale started his music in 2001 in Khartoum with an objective to restore the culture and to make awareness to the people of South Sudan about their cultures. Born in South Sudan's Jonglei State, Deng has composed more than 20 songs. Born in 1967, Deng is focussed on changing south sudan into a cultural loving society.
