Ife Adediran is a seasoned creative entrepreneur, tour manager, and event curator with over a decade of experience transforming Nigeria's creative landscape. A recognized leader in talent management and artist development, she’s known for her dedication to fostering talent and creating impactful experiences that spotlight Nigerian artistry, especially within the Abuja creative scene.

As the founder of Kreative Kollective, an Abuja-based entertainment agency, Ife delivers comprehensive talent management, strategic brand partnerships, and unique event experiences. Her collaborations span industry leaders and major projects, including EbonyLife TV, Soundcity Awards, the Burning Man International Festival, and MBA Africa Talent Project. She’s also the driving force behind Abuja Music Week, Northern Nigeria’s premier music festival, creating an annual platform for artists, fans, and industry stakeholders to connect and celebrate music in the region.

Ife’s achievements include receiving the prestigious CESP Music Grant, serving as a delegate for Focus: Creation Africa by the Institut Français, and co-curating Sofar Sounds Abuja, a series that brings intimate live music performances to unique spaces. As tour manager and vocal coach for The Living Room Tour, she guided artists through meaningful performance experiences, showcasing Nigerian talent to new audiences. Additionally, Ife has managed a diverse range of artists, including Kaffy, Salem King, Brum3h, The Isomers, and many more, helping them build their careers and reach new heights.

In recent times, she has become the convener of Abuja Music Week, a festival targeted at promoting and showcasing the music and talent from Abuja and Northern Nigeria as whole.
