Bio
Josh Brew is a Ghanaian-born researcher and performer who is dedicated to exploring music’s imbrication with technology and sustainability. He is an ethnomusicologist and African and African Diaspora music researcher. His research interests include Ecomusicology, Indigenous Knowledge, the popular music industry, music sustainability, and economic anthropology. He is a guitarist with over a decade of experience in the music industry, performing Afrobeats, Highlife, Hiplife, Jazz, and classical guitar.
