Kema Oyih has more than seven years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on talent management, strategy planning, and project management.

She holds a Master's degree in Information Management and is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to drive project success. She has worked with high-profile artists such as MI Abaga, Seun Kuti, and Femi Kuti, and has served as a project and content coordinator for 5ive Music Group and Talent Head for Bean Creative Agency, the business arm of Chocolate City Group. Currently, she manages Made Kuti and runs her own talent management agency, which focuses on grooming both young artists and managers.
