Kensmat

Abasiofiok Matthew Akpan, Professionally known as Kensmat, is a Nigerian musical artist, a Rapper, and a songwriter. He is a native of Ibiono Ibom, a Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State, the southern part of Nigeria.

He started Rapping at the age of 11, and kick started his musical career in 2019. His first official single "I'm Lost", is a tale of depression which he wrote when he was 17. I'm Lost was a huge success, which earned him a nomination in TOP NAIJA MUSIC AWARDS 7th Edition in 2020 as the Hip Hop of the Year. And also earned him series of interviews in radio stations and shows.

Kensmat is a fusion Rap Artist, His strength can be seen in Afro Contemporary Beats, Hip Hop Beats, and UK Trap Beats. He has recorded good number of songs, but the released include; Heading For Goals, I'm Lost, Came Up, Come Through (freestyle), Killi Pesin...
