Matkiz Worldwide Entertainment (MWE) is a Gambian multi-service entertainment company and record label headquartered in Banjul, The Gambia. Founded in 2009 by Ousman Sowe, popularly known by his stage name Matkiz, the organization operates across several sectors, including music production, talent management, event planning, advertising, and marketing.
History
The company was established to serve as a platform for Gambian talent and has since expanded its operations into a diversified conglomerate. Under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Ousman Sowe—who is also a recognized process engineer, model, bodybuilder, musical artist, digital marketer, social media expert, and also an entrepreneur.
MWE has become a significant player in the West African creative industry.
Operations and Services
Matkiz Worldwide Entertainment is organized into several functional divisions:
● Record Label & Talent Management: Focuses on the production and distribution of Afrobeats, Afrofusion, and Dancehall music.

The label primarily manages the musical career of it's founder, Matkiz, whose discography includes the album It's My Time (2020) and singles such as "Cover U," "I'm Sorry," and "Extraordinary" and his latest "Auudi".
