Bio
Accra (Ghana) based Bassist and record producer Nee Manste was born on 22/09/1993 and has been making waves in music for the past 10 years. Worked and recorded with reputable artists from within the Ghanaian music scene. He has notably worked with legends such as Pat Thomas, Kojo Antwi, Charles Amoah, Amakye Dede, Ebo Taylor, Daddy Lumba, and Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, including Ghana’s current generation of musical legends, Kwabena Kwabena, Sarkodie, Manifest, Efya, Stonebwoy, Bisa Kdei, Epixode, Cina Soul, Adina ,Black Sherrif , to name a few.
Across the continent, he has also performed with the likes of Sona Jobarteh, Wunmi Olaiya, Fafa Ruffino, etc. In 2019, he toured 22 European dates as the youngest member of the Kwashibu Area Band led by Kwame Yeboah and legendary Pat Thomas (The Golden Voice of Africa) as the frontman.
Fast forward to 2021, he released his 5 track EP ‘Life Tales’ a body of work that calls to his craft as a musician and exploration as a Producer/Writer. Since then, he has featured as a Bassist on tracks such as 5star by Adekunle Gold (ft Rick Ross), Personal Baby by Mr. Eazi, Timoti by Fireboy DML on his Playboy album, The Evil Genius Album by Mr. Eazi, Tequilla ever after by Adekunle Gold, Legend or No Legend by Wande Coal, etc. He is currently touring the USA with the sensational multi-instrumentalist Okaijdia Afroso on his Jaku mumor project whilst working with Tanzanian-American singer, Epixode and his Krus.
