WHIIZKEEY

Shadrack Wisky Mothapo also known as WHIIZKEEY
is a South African upcoming rapper, songwriter,
and producer.
Shadrack Mothapo was born in Rustenburg,
Tlhabane in 1992. His career in music began in 2012
at the age of 18, when he was introduced to Hip Hop cypher
in his home township, Tlhabane which is located in the outskirts of
Rustenburg by his late friend and mentor Dithapelo Hume.
He became interested in music at a young age while his step father
was listening to different genres of music and teaching him a few
of the songs. He was later then inspired by the late HHP Hip Hop
pantsula, the late Brenda Fassie and The Commodores which was
his father’s favorite.
Whiizkeey established his own record label, African Dreams Creative
Group in 2018 and he was the first artist in the record label, which lead
him to release his extended play (EP) and singles, For the streets, I am
on it, Never left the streets, We don’t mind and recently released
Certified Real in February 2024.
