Bio

NDR (real name Nothisa Dlamini) is a Swazi kwaito artist whose career in music began in 2000 with friends from Lobamba. In 2001, he and his friends founded a music group titled Cross Mapantsula. They sang kwaito music and were signed to Entertain Your Soul (E.Y.S.) Crew.

In 2003, he released his debut track ‘Izinja’ prior to joining inQgnito Production House. The song was produced by Slim-Q and it put him in a lime light through frequent airplay on the Channel S Show ‘The Lens’.

In 2009, he and other local rappers featured on the inQgnito Production House compilation. Other artists who featured include Stealth Independence, Ghetto Villah and Mido Takalani. That same year he released a video taken from his ‘Ema 1 2 3’ song. The video was well-received and enhanced his fame.

NDR went back to the studio to work on his debut album. Before the launch of his maiden album, he released a promo track titled ‘Nay'lengoma’.
