Nelson Nohashi

Pastor Nelson Nohashi is a dedicated gospel artist born on August 18, 1992, in Nyanga, South Africa. His an only child to his parents, he grew up with his cousins. His early life was marked by a strong connection to his faith, fostered through his involvement in the Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) Church, where he attended open-air services and developed a deep-rooted commitment to Christianity.

As a young boy, Nohashi would often accompany a local lady, Sis Makoti, to church services on Sundays, where they would perform, worship in music. Hi passion for singing and preaching sparked after he gave his life to Jesus Christ as His personal Lord and Savior, and he began performing in church services, church revival, local school and community events from a tender age.

Nohashi's music career gained momentum in 2009, as he started performing in schools and community events, including outreach programs. His dedication to his craft led him to pursue music as a career, and he has since performed at various events, including the SCO's schools outreach programs. In addition to his solo work, Nohashi has collaborated with other artists and organizations, such as local radio stations, further expanding his reach.

The release of his gospel album marked a significant milestone in his career, allowing him to connect with a broader audience and establish himself as a respected figure in the gospel music industry. Through this project, Nohashi gained valuable experience in managing the business side of his music, recognizing that creating gospel music is not only an act of worship but also a profession that requires dedication and commitment.
