Call for proposals: Cav’ Platform website content
Cav’ Platform, a project of the Goethe-Institut, is looking for culture and creative industry (CCI) specific content in English for its website.
The Content Packages should focus on the business and entrepreneurship aspects of the industry. This is to provide the website with curated industry-specific content reflecting the needs of African creatives. The content should be separated into three segments that can stand on their own and be published in three different months, e.g. three chapters of a Toolkit on running an Animation Studio to be published in May, June and July 2022.
This call for proposal focuses on three African countries including South Africa, Kenya and Senegal, as they are part of the global project on CCI implemented by the Goethe-Institut in partnership with the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and supported by the BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development).
Context
The Cav’ Platform was established in 2019, and has focused on curated content relevant to the CCI in South Africa. In 2022, the initiative is looking to broaden this scope and include the project’s partner countries Senegal and Kenya with two innovative Content Packages relating to the business and entrepreneurship aspects of the CCI, which reflects the transnational focus on the Cav‘ Platform.
