Call for applications: Arts and Culture Trust project coordinator in SA
The Arts & Culture Trust (ACT) is calling on experienced individuals to apply for the project coordinator position at its offices in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The vacancy is a hybrid position and the successful candidate will work on a six-month contractual basis from April to September 2022.
The position involves the administration of ACT programmes including the management of:
- Beneficiary procedures.
- Contracts and agreements.
- Project implementation.
- Marketing and communication.
- Financial management.
- Logistics, maintaining and evaluation of standards and processes.
- Monitoring and reporting as well as liaising with service providers and actively supporting activities on the ACT’s digital platforms.
Requirements
- Essential basic criteria required of all applicants is a project management qualification and a minimum of five years of experience coupled with knowledge of the arts and culture sector.
- The programme coordination and facilitation role at the ACT is ideally suited to self-motivated individuals who can think on their feet; take initiative and thrive on being part of a small but dynamic team.
- A relevant degree.
