Bio
Bongani Mdakane is an admitted attorney with over 15 years’ experience in the legal profession.
He has practised across various areas of law, with a particular focus on entertainment law, intellectual property law, and corporate commercial law.
Following his articles at the intellectual property firm Spoor & Fisher, Bongani held positions as Commercial Legal Advisor at Clientele Legal, Legal Advisor at SAMRO, and Legal Manager at Ambitiouz Entertainment. He has also served on the board of CAPASSO.
He currently runs his own practice, Mdakane Attorneys Inc.
