Stanley Sibande
Bio
Stanley Sibande Is a Zambian born multi-instrumentalist Singer Songwriter. His composition style is an amalgamation of the melancholic soundscapes of indie and rock coupled with the simplistic yet catchy melodic compositions of modern alternative pop serving as a backdrop for a narrative lyricism style that usually touches on the darker elements of the human condition and his journey through that landscape. His performance style is a homage to the early 2000’s post grunge/Hard rock scene that combines loud, raspy and melodic vocals with a big rhythm driven Acoustic guitar sound.
Stanley’s debut album “Hopeless Dreams” was released on August 27th 2021 following his signing with labels STFD Records and Just Music In 2020. With 2 singles that peaked at number 3 and number 2 on 5fm and Mix fm respectively, the album has been received well and shows a bright future for the young Artist.
