Israel Mbonyi

Israel Mbonyi is Rwandan gospel artist born  in the Democratic Republic of Congo on 20 May 1992 and raised in Ruhengeri city in Rwanda. His passion for music was exhibited at a young age. During his formative years, he enrolled in a music school and put to use the skills he learned, singing and writing songs for the church choir.

Today, he is one of the most celebrated East African gospel artists, charting a new course in the gospel music industry marked by absorbing performances and radio-ready tunes loved by many listeners who flock his sold-out concerts.
