RELEB

Real name Relebogile Latane, RELEB is a South African musician based in Pretoria and Johannesburg. His music career kicked off as one of the founding members of a rap duo 4forty4. While with the group, RELEB contributed to the release of their first EP titled The Time is Coming(2016). He is credited for his music production and effortless flows on beats.

RELEB later left the group to start a solo career. His solo project was an independently released mixtape titled 'Pitori Glori'. The project consisted of 10 songs that talk about depression, motivation and his hometown Mamelodi. He is also known for his appearance as a member of a rap trio called Canvus Music. The band was made up two of his brothers. With this group they released an EP in 2020 titled 'Ko Kasi' where RELEB most of the production. The songs from the EP were all a part of a virtual concert Canvus Music created on Facebook which had more that 2 thousand live viewers.

Since then, in 2021 RELEB went on to release a freestyle mixtape titles 'Freestyle Tape' as a solo act. The release of the project was due to how well his freestyle videos performed on Instagram and Tik Tok so he decided to compile all the freestyles into one folder for his listeners.
