Hailing from Mamelodi, Pretoria, RELEB97 has been an active force in the music scene since 2016. A dedication to the craft has seen the artist build a solid body of work, beginning with the collaborative effort, "The Time is Coming EP," released in 2016.

The following year, RELEB97 made a strong solo statement with the project "Pitori Glori," which dropped on Audiomack and solidified a distinct voice in the local soundscape.

A significant milestone came in 2021 when RELEB97 clinched first place in the national "Up We Go" music competition, showcasing a talent recognized by the broader industry.

Now, RELEB97 is gearing up for his most personal and ambitious release yet: a new solo project composed entirely of original work that has been both produced and written by the artist. This forthcoming release promises to be a powerful and authentic display of their evolution as a complete musician.
