Ministry of Sports and Culture (MINISPOC)

MINISPOC is the ministry incharge of Youth and culture in Rwanda, it is one of the most important ministries that has in its mandatetTo develop and support implementation of policies and strategies that lead to a winning culture in sports and to make culture one of the ministry's foundation development agenda.

The ministry supports traditional artists who sing about and emphasize Rwandan culture, supports music related activities and promotes musicians in different aspects.
