Apple Music features Nigeria's WurlD

The selection coincides with the March release of his 'Love is Contagious' EP. The nine-track EP is available on music streaming services for pre-order and includes ‘Show You Off’ featuring Walshy Fire of Major Lazer and Shizzi, ‘Contagious’, ‘Gbemisoke’, ‘Paranoid’, ‘Wishes and Butterflies’, ‘Feel Right’, ‘Candy’, ‘Drown’ and ‘So Good’.

“The dream is to have a successful musical career and create an influential brand,” WurlD said. “I hope to use the opportunities that I have been given to bring people together and to give back to the community in various ways. I hope it inspires other musicians and kids from Africa to follow their dreams.”

A multicultural musician is  going through a rapid evolution of sound and general appeal, WurlD began his music career after moving to Atlanta, Georgia, for school. He continues to deliver new music that is primarily influenced by eclectic, hip hop, country, house, Afrobeat and pop sounds.

WurlD has had the chance to collaborate with such top artists as Akon, B.O.B, Mario, Wyclef Jean and Trinidad James.
