Christoff Beukes

Christoff Beukes is an artist from South Africa. This singer, songwriter and guitarist grew up with the music of David Kramer, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, U2, REM to name a few. In 2010 he released his debut solo album, " Geraamtes van 'n Droom"(Skeleton's of a dream), which contained all his own original compositions.
A chance meeting with Irish fiddler, David Delaney, in 2013, led to the formation of the acoustic folk duo Beukes & Delaney. They released their album "Good to be Alive" in 2014 and received extensive airplay for their original songs "Tightrope", "Bittersweet", "Fire" and "Runaway".
Beukes is active in the South African music scene as a solo artist, band leader in Beukes & Delaney and his Gypsy/Balkan side project, "The Swinging Gypsies".
