Bio
Phat-Kay La'Phat (real name: Kabelo Sono) was born in South Africa. He started his music career after he moved to Polokwane, South Africa. He is a self-taught DJ and producer. He started playing in clubs in 2008. He is more of a skillful live house music and a DJ. He was inspired by the likes Problem Child Ten83 and Dj Daxx. He became a resident DJ at club Gamblers, PLK Chisanyama, Jembe Tarven (Meropa Casino) and others.
He paved his own way up, building a respectable musical reputation, shared stages with the likes of Heavy-K, Lulo Cafe, Black Coffee, Shimza, Dj Tira, Da Capo, Culoe De Song, Monique Bingham, Kaylow, Black Motion and more....
He has taught a few how to DJ, and inspired many. He has worked on musical projects with the likes of Problemchild Ten83, Impulse, Mr Morf and others, and still continues to push his own hustle.
